Customer Experience Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join our growing Transport for Wales Rail Services Marketing department with this brand new role.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we deliver our ambitious plans to transform the Wales and Borders rail service through a £5bn investment - the biggest in a generation.

We’re working to change perceptions of Rail Services through reinvigorated Marketing activity which positions us as a quality, safe, integrated, affordable and accessible transport network that the people of Wales are proud of. Key to this is promoting our transformations including new services, new rolling stock, fares and products, and station improvements.

You’ll be the person that ensures our transformational plans are communicated to our customers and the people of Wales and its borders, ensuring that the associated benefits are marketed effectively. You will lead on the CX campaign delivery lifecycle – from conception/discovery, through planning and prioritisation, to solution design and in-channel execution.
