Customer Relations Administration Assistant

St. Marys House, Cardiff (Cardiff - with office relocation to Pontypridd in 2020)

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and customer focused individual to join our Customer Relations team as an Administrator on a fixed term basis until March 2020.

You will be analytical, have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a consistent, high quality service at all times. In addition, experience of working in an administrative role and experience of working with CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems are desirable. 

The successful candidate will also provide cover to other areas within the Customer Relations function as required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
