Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we are the right employer for you and that you have the skills and qualities that we are looking for, so best of luck with your application.
This is your very first opportunity to sell yourself and your skills to us, so make it count! We want to hear about your relevant experience, skills and knowledge, but also don't forget to tell us why you want the job!
If your application has wowed us, you may be asked to complete some online tests and questionnaires. Don't panic, these are an opportunity for you to show us that you have the right skills for the job and you will be given opportunities to practice before sitting the real thing. To give yourself the best chance, you just need to make sure you're in a quiet place, away from distractions, so switch off your phone and give it your all!
For some roles, you may be asked to take part in a short telephone interview; this gives us an opportunity to get to know more about you, your motivation and your skills, before we decide who we are going to meet face to face. If invited to a telephone interview, we recommend that you prepare as you would for any interview, but don't worry, no suit is required!
Ok, so you've made it this far, well done! We know this can be a nerve-racking time, we've all been there, but we will do our best to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
All of our jobs require different skills and as a result our assessment events will vary. However, one thing you can be sure of is that you will be given every opportunity to showcase the talents you have and the assessments you undertake will have been carefully designed and selected to test the skills and competencies you will need if successful.
Your invite will detail what you can expect on the day and we promise not to throw in anything unexpected, so remember this is your last chance to impress. Good luck, we look forward to meeting you soon!
So you've been made a provisional offer, what next?
As you can probably expect, we need to carry out a number of pre-employment checks before you can start with us, so we will want to get the ball rolling pretty quickly with the following:
Don't worry about these now, we will send you all the information you need at the time.
