No, we require all applicants to complete the online application form to ensure that all applications can be screened consistently. Once you have submitted an online application, there is no need to submit your CV via email as this will not be considered as part of your application.

Not necessarily, as some of our positions are only advertised internally. However, if the position does become external, we would welcome your application if you feel you are a good match for the role.
Initially, you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your application. Following this, you will be able to keep track of how your application is progressing by logging in and viewing your profile and will also be notified via email when any changes to your application status are made.
If you are invited to an assessment event you will receive an email with full details of the event. However, if you are unsuccessful for a position you will still be notified of the outcome via email.
Some of our positions will receive particularly high volumes of interest and this can mean that the recruitment process, particularly the shortlisting stage can take a number of weeks. We apologise for any delays in contacting you, however we do ask for your patience in this matter and want to assure you that you will always be contacted via email once the outcome of your application has been decided.
In order to withdraw your application, please login to your account and select the ‘My Profile’ tab. Please then select the ‘Track My Application’ option and select the option to withdraw your application. Your ‘Application Status’ will then change to 'Application Withdrawn' and this is your confirmation that you are no longer being considered for the position. You will not receive an email to confirm your withdrawal.
Unfortunately, this may be because you are an external candidate who has applied for an internal only position and are therefore are unable to be considered. Please check if this is the case by reviewing the advert and your application.

For certain roles, yes, you will be required to have a medical which includes drug and alcohol screening. The level of medical will depend on the position, some positions require a more stringent medical, whereas others will simply be a questionnaire.
Once we've made an offer to you, we will contact you to obtain your permission to carry our referencing and basic criminal record checks.
