    Working as a key member of the Control Centre Management team supporting both the Head of Current Operations and Control Centre Manager, the Customer Information Manager is responsible for leading and developing the team of 12 Customer Support Controllers, ensuring that the team consistently provide accurate and timely information about our service with our staff and customers.

    With proven leadership experience, this role will require you to deliver and maintain the level of service our internal and external customers expect, through the development of the team and improved processes for Passenger Information During Disruption (PIDD).

    You will use initiative and operational experience to manage processes that deliver to the standards defined by the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) good practice guides, thus achieving our purpose of connecting people to what is important to them!

    You will be an excellent communicator, developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and using these relationships to share best practice.
