    We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to be based at Cathays station on a Fixed Term basis until October 2018. 

    As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers at our stations and will help with anything that they need, so being a people person is a must. One minute you may be helping a customer rush to a train with their bags, the next, researching train times.

    The skills you’ll need:

    ·         Customer service skills

    ·         Excellent communication skills

    ·         Ability to remain calm under pressure

    ·         Ability to use your own initiative

    What else you’ll need to know:

    As a train operating company, we are there for our customers whenever they need to travel – this means that you will be happy to work a variety of shifts, including nights, bank holidays and weekends.


    You will be paid a competitive salary of £23,978 per annum.
